CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

Claims oversight by Pro Group Management, Inc. utilizing an on-staff claims liaison/specialist.
Aggressive investigation of questionable claims.
Reduced medical costs through provider network utilization.

ANCILLARY SERVICES

Pre-Employment Screening including previous worker compensation history, risk assessment interviewing, previous employment verification and vehicle records by an independent private investigation firm, Employer Lynx (NV License # 793).
A minimal charge may apply. (not offered to BAWNSIG members).
Employer representation in the appeals process of a claim by the group's legal counsel.
An active Board of Trustees consisting of member employers with Risk Management, Claims, Finance, & Underwriting Committees to oversee the group’s operations.
All groups operate with the guidance of their legal counsel.
Strict underwriting to determine the best candidates for membership.

FINANCIAL ASPECTS

Lower Rates.
A one time initial advance assessment is required.
Monthly assessments are paid in arrears based on actual payroll.
Additional 33% savings on all overtime.
Group is Non-Profit. Surplus may be returned to members as dividends and/or payment holidays or rate reductions.
