Robert "Bob" Arnold
Director of Safety Services

Bob Arnold, Director of Safety Services for PGM Safety Services, LLC, comes to us as a nationally recognized professional in the wide-ranging field of Safety.

Bob is a highly regarded expert on safety compliance initiatives, as a national and internationally recognized safety professional who is also a certified workers’ compensation professional of national accreditation. His many professional credentials include certifications from OSHA, MSHA, and US DOT, he continues personal and professional development with numerous other safety training and enforcement agencies.

Bob has served on numerous boards and task forces involved with the development of regulatory compliance initiatives. Bob served on the first task force that developed the Substance Abuse Testing Standards for commercial drivers’ license personnel under the regulatory compliance mandates of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. He was also on the first task force that addressed errant ergonomics issues which resulted in the repeal of the Ergonomics Standard by President George W. Bush, soon after the President’s inauguration.

Myron Jones
So. Nevada Area Supervisor

Myron is a fully qualified and certified safety specialist. Myron's background includes 23 years of intense environmental, transportation, human resource and compliance regulated safety involvement.

Steve Williams
Safety Specialist

Steve Williams is a qualified Safety Specialist whose knowledge and expertise is a valued asset to PGM Safety Services, Pro Group Management and all of its group members. Currently, Steve is assisting members in the Northern Nevada area with their safety issues.

Jeff Byrne
Safety Specialist

Jeff Byrne joined PGM Safety Services in 2005 as a safety specialist.

Jeff worked in the Automotive Service Industry for over 20 years in various capacities. He has supervised and been responsible for multiple employees and their workplace safety.

He has also worked in the construction and transportation industries servicing and operating heavy equipment. Currently, Jeff is assisting members in Southern Nevada with their workplace safety and compliance issues. Jeff can be reached in the Carson City office.

Leslie Mangum
Administrative Assistant

Leslie joined the team at PGM Safety Services in 2004 bringing with her a strong administrative and customer service background.

Leslie is responsible for all adminstrative duties, reporting directly to the Director of Safety Services. Leslie works closely with the Safety Team managing the day-to-day aspects of Safety Services. Leonard joined the team at PGM Safety Services in 2004 as a qualified Safety Specialist.

Aimee Hoskin
Office Assistant

Aimee joined PGM Safety Services, LLC in 2004. She came to us as an entry-level data processing clerk.

She is skilled on the computer, is fast developing office skills and is pleasant to talk with on the phone when you call PGM Safety Services. We look forward to Aimee’s growth potentials with PGM Safety Services, LLC.

Bill Curry, Safety Specialist for PGM Safety Services, LLC, has a diverse safety background with over 29 years experience.

Raymond Vega
Safety Specialist

Raymond joined the PGM Safety Services staff with a wealth of experience in customer service. Since Raymond is bilingual, Spanish/English, and his work experience has been centered in the Los Angeles, California area, his background and issues oriented work performance are strong assets to all Self Insured Group members.

Dean Hartwig
Account Executive/Safety Specialist

Dean recently joined Pro Group and PGM Safety Services to work with the Northeast quadrant of Nevada. Dean holds an Associate in Arts Degree from Great Basin College and is currently working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering. Dean’s work background includes more than ten years in law enforcement and over thirty years in the private sector. He is knowledgeable in the application of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulatory compliance issues.
