In 2002, Pro Group Management formed Pro Group Captive Management Services (PGCMS) in order to deliver an Excess Insurance Vehicle for one of the Self-Insured Groups in Nevada and to provide Alternative Risk Programs to employers struggling with a collapsed Workers’ Compensation market in California and other states.

PGCMS delivers Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Automobile Liability, Group Health and Multi-line Captives designed to meet the demands and provide a comprehensive delivery of fundamental coverages in the area of alternative risk. We provide services to individual companies, employers, associations, and groups that require a solution for their Property and casualty coverage needs. PGCMS’ goal is to provide alternative risk programs that will increase control and reduce costs by removing the client from the first-dollar, mainstream insurance market and place them in control of their insurance destiny.

PGCMS delivers services in bundled and unbundled programs. Our focus is on consistent and meaningful communication with our clients. Our goal has been to integrate an organization’s overall resources in controlling and reducing costs. This involvement is provided on both a strategic and a tactical level and focuses on the direct and indirect costs of our clients’ programs.
