The Builders’ Association of Western Nevada Self Insured Group (BAWNSIG), sponsored by the Builders’ Association of Western Nevada (BAWN), is the twelfth self-insured group for workers’ comp coverage to be accepted in the state of Nevada. 

The BAWNSIG began accepting members the day it was established on 4/15/99 and has been growing ever since. Membership in the BAWNSIG continues to grow at a rate of over 50% annually; in the past twelve months new members joining the BAWNSIG have realized an average savings on their workers’ comp coverage of 29.09%.
